Is there a long-term contract?

No long-term contracts. All plans are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time. We also offer a 14-day free trial so you can make sure DispatchMobile is right for your business before committing.

How does the driver app work?

Drivers download the DispatchMobile Driver app on their Android or iOS phone. They receive job notifications, navigate using their preferred maps app, and can collect passenger signatures directly in the app.

We only take phone bookings — is Starter enough?

Yes. Starter is built for phone-first operators: you take bookings by phone, dispatch from the operator dashboard, and drivers use the driver app. There is no passenger app and no online booking on Starter. Upgrade to Pro when you want a web booking widget or branded passenger app.

Can my passengers book online?

Online booking is available on Pro and Whitelabel. Pro includes a web booking widget for your website and a branded passenger app. Whitelabel can put your brand on the driver app only, or on both driver and passenger apps in the app stores.

DispatchMobile is built with UK private hire licensing requirements in mind. The platform helps you maintain driver and vehicle compliance records, but it is your responsibility to ensure your operation meets your local council licensing conditions.

What payment methods can drivers accept?

Cash and corporate or account payments arranged by the operator. Integrated in-app card payments may be added in future — check with us if you need this for your fleet.
